Unlike the typical ballroom with giant, impersonal dividers and nondescript features, Rivermill boasts rugged columns that support impressive wooden beams, with high ceilings, brick walls, and tall, arched windows offering sprawling views of the Cochecho, Henry Law Park, and Dover’s historic City Hall Clock Tower.

Despite the sense of seclusion and intimacy that Rivermill provides, the space is just steps away from Dover’s finest shops and restaurants, and offers convenient access to hotels and transportation. Dover’s close proximity to I-95 affords guests the choice of flying into four nearby airports – Boston’s Logan International, Manchester Airport, Portsmouth’s Pease International and Maine’s Portland Jetport. The Dover train station is also one of three New Hampshire stops on Amtrak’s Downeaster route, which features numerous daily runs between picturesque Portland, Maine and historic Boston, Massachusetts.
